If you write to us through the form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, a way of reaching you, the date and number of people you would like, and your message. This information is used solely to handle your request.

We pass it on to no one and never use it to send you advertising. It is kept only as long as the booking requires, then deleted.

This site uses no advertising cookies, no external analytics tools, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party services. Your visit is therefore not tracked, which is precisely why no consent banner is forced upon you.

A single technical cookie may be set if you submit a form, purely to keep the submission secure.

The sign-in page reserved for restaurant staff uses Google’s reCAPTCHA service to keep robots out. It is not accessible to visitors, and no other page on this site calls on an outside service.
