The covered terrace at sunset, the monogram etched on the glass

Since 1978,
the art
of welcoming

In the heart of Médran, at the foot of the slopes, generous regional cooking, served properly, under beams that have seen several generations pass.

The terrace after dark, the monogram painted on the wood and the lanterns lit
The stone hearth under its heavy beams
The bar counter and its hide covered stools
The front of the chalet and its sign, Café Restaurant du Vieux Verbier
A corner of the dining room, a table laid against the stone wall

The feel of an old chalet

A building with real character, with its nooks, its distinctive rooms and that old chalet atmosphere no one can recreate.

At lunchtime, comforting dishes after a morning on the slopes. In the evening, the table turns more refined.
